Full curriculum now available! We are delighted to announce our Open Educational Resources (OER) for our curriculum in Transformative Game Design is now available through the Erasmus+ EDGE repository and webpage.
The curriculum contains four (4) Master’s level courses and one (1) Bachelor’s level course on designing and implementing role-playing games to foster personal and social change. The courses are intended for lifelong learners in helping professions wishing to integrate transformative role-playing games into their work.
The courses were originally designed by TPI members Sarah Lynne Bowman, Josefin Westborg, Elektra Diakolambrianou, and Josephine Baird. They have been revised and enhanced by contributions from consortium members in the Erasmus+ EDGE project, which brings together Uppsala University, Turku University of Applied Sciences, Avalon Larp Studio, Dragons’ Nest, and Chaos League.

Some courses also integrate OER materials from the Erasmus+ ROCKET project between Göttingen University, Uppsala University, and Groningen University.
These materials are usable by anyone with attribution. While the courses contain content specific to their original context at Uppsala University, we encourage you to adapt them to your needs.
