Overview: Role-playing Game Design and Conflict
Welcome to our Unit 8 on role-playing game design and conflict! As with our first class, this unit will cover both conflicts surrounding certain facets of game design within gaming communities, as well as the way conflicts with societies are portrayed, addressed, or reimagined through design.
In this Unit, we will cover the relationship between game design and conflict regarding:
- Politics and Cultures
- Race and Ethnicity
- Gender and Sexuality
